1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, applying to, or using the TLN platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TLN.

“TLN”, “we” and “us” mean The Link Network Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17011961), whose registered office is at Winding Wood Farm, Ash Green Lane East, Ash, Hampshire, GU12 6JA.

2. Membership & Application

Membership to TLN is by application only and is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. By submitting an application you confirm that:

• You are a genuine, established business owner or professional.
• All information provided in your application is accurate and truthful.
• You are aged 18 or over.
• You are legally entitled to conduct business in your stated jurisdiction.

3. Fees & Payments

Membership is billed as a monthly subscription:

• Monthly subscription: £49.99/month. Billed monthly from the date of approval. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

No charges are applied prior to application approval. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.

Monthly subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TLN only for lawful, professional business purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
• Use the platform to spam, solicit, or conduct unsolicited marketing.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute member data without consent.
• Use TLN to promote illegal products, services, or activities.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

6. Business Listings & Profiles

Members are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content in their profiles. TLN reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any profile or listing that violates these terms, is inaccurate, or is deemed harmful to the community. All profiles are subject to ongoing review.

7. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of TLN is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

TLN is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify active members by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
